First, the software doesn't let you print a will until it verifies that you have the latest update. But, when you read a note, in the February 2012 edition, that says something like, "Congress is considering changes in the law that might affect taxes starting in 2010", that does not exactly build confidence in the updatedness of the product.Second, in a first run through, I entered the names of my grandchildren using nicknames. Later, I tried to update it, using first, middle and last names. I ended up with two entries for each child. It took me a couple hours to figure out how and where to delete the duplicates. Third, my wife and I each have children and grandchildren. That means we each have step children and step grandchildren. The supposedly easy method for making a "duplicate" will for a spouse does not work for converting children to step children and visa versa.
