This software lacks any method for tracking outstanding orders. This software lacks has bugs that cause it to double allocate your inventory if you try to change a partially invoiced order. The software has a lot of great features, like printing price stickers for your products, that are so poorly implemented as to make them almost useless and in most cases completely useless.I migrated from Quickbooks 2009 to this software because Intuit was eol'ing the product after only 2 years. I felt that a $500 product should be supported a little longer than that so we switched. Their data migration tools did not work as advertised or at all so all data was hand entered. This took about two months of data entry for about 8 hours a day. Their support plan is mostly 4 tech geeks, some of them with nasty attitudes, blowing you off because they know the software is...
